4. The Service and the nature of the results

The purpose of the ReplayLabs website is the development of a platform that processes Rocket League Replays and transforms raw match data into advanced statistics, gameplay events, and evaluations of player performance.

ReplayLabs provides automatic performance analysis based on uploaded Replays. The website makes available to users three analytical components, namely:

1. Free = an option offered free of charge, which allows a user to upload and automatically process a number of 15 replays per week, returns basic statistics, keeps the analysis result available for viewing for 7 days, offers the possibility of reprocessing after the expiry of the 7-day period for keeping the result, within a limit of a maximum of 15 reprocessings / week, and includes one (1) weekly grading unlock that grants access to grading, timeline viewing, and 2D replay viewer data for one selected replay per week;

2. Starter = a paid option, which allows a user to upload and automatically process a number of 40 replays per week, returns advanced statistics, awards grades, chronological views of events from the replay, keeps the analysis result available for viewing for 14 days and offers the possibility of reprocessing, after the expiry of the 14-day period for keeping the result, within a limit of a maximum of 40 reprocessings / week;

3. Pro = a paid option, which allows a user to upload a number of 80 replays per week, returns advanced statistics, awards grades, chronological views of events from the Replay, keeps the analysis result available for viewing for 30 days, prioritizes data processing and offers the possibility of reprocessing, after the expiry of the 30-day period for keeping the result, within a limit of a maximum of 80 reprocessings / week;

The Service may include statistics, comparisons, and visualizations generated from Replay Data.

They may be incomplete or inaccurate.

We may add, remove, or modify functionalities. If a material change negatively affects access, we will provide notice and, where necessary, a right of cancellation without penalties.

5. User content, licenses, and other players

You retain your rights over your Replays and your Content, to the extent that you hold those rights.

By uploading a Replay, you grant ReplayLabs a non-exclusive, global, and free license to store, process, analyze, transform, and display Replay Data and derived analyses, strictly for the provision and improvement of the Service.

Replays may contain identifiers and gameplay data of other players. By uploading the Replay, the user assumes responsibility for that right and that this does not violate the law or the rights of third parties.

Replays may include platform identifiers (e.g. SteamID, Epic Account ID) generated by the game. ReplayLabs does not independently verify and does not independently correlate these identifiers with real identities, beyond the data voluntarily provided through authentication.

The analytical products offered by ReplayLabs may be viewed by all users, subject to the quantitative, qualitative, and duration limitations specified above.

Deletion of the account ensures the removal of the data that were provided upon account registration and disconnects the website identifiers. Data retention is described in the Privacy Policy.

API access may require a separate API subscription scope and may be different from replay-analysis subscription access.

Prohibited API uses include mass scraping, resale or redistribution of API data without authorization, and attempts to identify or re-identify users or other players beyond the intended Service use.

We may apply rate limits, monitor API traffic for security and abuse prevention, and suspend, rotate, or revoke API access or keys in case of abuse, unauthorized use, or operational/security need.

Data accessed through the API remains subject to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy.

18. Changes

We may update these Terms periodically. We will publish the updated version on the website and will change the date of the Last update. Any modification of these Terms will require acceptance of the updated version in order to continue using the paid functions.
